Grapes: 60% Merlot, 30% Grenache, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyard: The vineyards are located in the Cévennes region, above the Mediterrean Sea, between the cities of Avignon and Nimes, nearby Uzès. The area’s terroir is charcterized by low limestone hills studded with calcareous rock and spare clups of wind-beaten vegetation.

Vinfication: Destemmed grapes; temperature controlled fermentations in tanks; a gentle extraction technique and a soft pressing garantees a well balanced structure.

Tasting notes: Well balanced full bodied wine with black cherry and herbal flavours; soft tannins and a very long aftertaste.

Food pairing: Beef, chicken, duck, lamb, meat-grilled, pork
