Grapes: 40% Gouveio, 30% Arinto, 30% Viosinho
Vineyard: There is a continental climate in the area with hot summers and cold winters.The area is little susceptible to the north winds and the winds of the Atlantic because it is protected by the Serra Mesão. The soil consists mainly of granite and slate.
Vinficiation: Fermentation at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation at 15 ° C. The wine ripens for three months in French oak barrels. The reserva is only made from the better vintages.
Tasting notes: The wine has a light yellow color with aromas of citrus fruit and mineral notes.
Food pairing: Ideal companion for charcuterie, pheasant, partridge, but also to enjoy as an aperitif.
