Grapes: 40% Touriga Franca, 30% Touriga Nacional, 30% Tinta Roriz

Vineyard: Unfavorable climate of hot and dry summers and severe winters – low rainfall – influence of north winds of the Atlantic. The soil consists mainly of granite and slate.

Vinficiation: Fermentation at high temperatures (30 to 32 ° C) with daily follow-up – maceration period 3 weeks – malolactic fermentation – mixing wines and aging in tubs for several months.

Tasting notes: Harmonious wine with aromas of ripe fruit. Intense deep color with soft tannins, and an elegant aftertaste.

Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif; fish dishes, seafood, pasta.
