Grapes: 100% Chenin Blanc
Vineyard: The vineyards of the white Paranga are located in the enchanting Breedekloof valley, 80km north of Cape Town. They enjoy a Mediterranean climate with warm,dry summers and mild, wet winters. This region is considered as the cradle of the Chenin Blanc.
Vinification: Pneumatic pressing of grapes. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes: Stheer wine with a green sparkle. Intense subtropical aromas of guava and melon. Refreshing, crispy attack with nicely balanced notes of green apple and citrus fruits in the final.
Food pairing: A perfect recommendation as an aperitif, with seafood or a fresh salad.
