Vinfication: Skin contact with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel; pneumatic presses.
Tasting notes: Pale straw color with golden tints. Harmonious palate with fine nervosity and a fresh, fruity finish.
Food pairing: This crisp, clean wine goes well with simple seafood, light chicken dishes and salads, as well with cream or oil-based sauces.
