Grapes: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyard: The vineyards are located along the coastal plainsof the Mediterrean Sea, nearby Pezenas. Plots lying principally on limestone-clay with good water retention.

Vinfication: Machine harvest followed by a gentle crush; fermentation 16 days followed by malolactic; gentle filtration.

Tasting notes: Full bodied and harmonious palate with ripe tannins

Food pairing: Pasta, poultry, red meat and roasts
